Using this website

The website does not require an account. We do not place advertising pixels or analytics cookies in this site’s code. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website rather than loaded from an external font or advertising service.

Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include an IP address, request time, requested page, and browser or device information.

Contacting the team

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, company, project details, and correspondence. We use it to respond and discuss or support the relevant engagement.

The project brief form prepares an email in your browser. Its contents are held in page memory and are not sent to a website server. When you choose to open and send the email, your email provider handles that message. You can also copy the brief and send it yourself. Avoid including passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or sensitive customer information.

Advertising account integrations

This public website does not connect advertising accounts or retrieve campaign data. TikTok API integration is planned and is not currently available through the site.

Any separate client integration requires an agreed service scope and account authorization. The integration’s data categories, purposes, access controls, service providers, retention, and offboarding arrangements must be specified for that engagement before production use.

Sharing and retention

Website requests are handled by our hosting provider, and email correspondence is handled through email services. We do not sell information collected through this website.
